Your company does not need one more AI tool. It needs its own.
We build your company’s own artificial intelligence with you, shaped by its history and by the way you make decisions. Without you having to invest to get it.
You have tried before. It did not last.
A tool that gets installed and knows nothing about your business. A demonstration that impresses the board, followed by a few weeks of enthusiasm. Then teams go back to their old habits, not because they resist change, but because the tool understood nothing about their work.
Artificial intelligence is not the problem. The problem is that you were sold a product where something had to be built.
An AI that knows your company
A company is not an industry and a headcount. It is a history, customers you know by name, ways of working that are written down nowhere, and judgement calls the person in charge makes without always being able to explain them.
That is the material we put into your AI: your history, your vision, the tools you already use, your processes as they actually run rather than as the procedure describes them.
What comes out is not a generic assistant. It is a tool that understands what is at stake for you, suggests changes people can actually apply, and that your teams accept because it speaks their language.
And it exists for you alone. This is not a product sold to a hundred companies with your logo dropped on it. It is made of your material, and it would not work anywhere else.
What it changes for you
A head start money cannot buy
Your competitors can subscribe to the same tools you use, the very same day. This one, nobody can buy: it is made of the way you work, and it would not exist without you.
Your material stays with you
Your files, your conversations, your ways of making the call do not feed a product resold to others. What goes into your AI serves your company alone — it is the discretion we sell, carried through.
Knowledge that stops evaporating
What your company knows lives in people’s heads, and people leave: retirements, departures, the memory of old files fading away. Your AI captures that tacit knowledge and makes it transmissible.
Teams that actually use it
A generic tool gets abandoned within weeks. An AI that knows your files and speaks your teams’ language becomes part of the routine — the whole difference between one more subscription and a working tool.
Growth we commit to
We do not bill days: we are paid on gains measured together. So your AI is built for one thing only — moving your company forward — because that is the only way we earn anything.
What it is made of
What we take in
The documents asleep on your servers. The conversations where what matters actually gets decided. The spreadsheet someone has been holding together for six years. The tools you already pay for that do not talk to each other. And the way you, as a leader, make the call.
What it becomes
Something that knows your files and answers your teams without sending them searching. Repetitive work that takes care of itself, the kind nobody ever enjoyed. A clear view of what deserves your attention this week.
What we do not do
We do not replace your tools with ours. We do not promise to cut jobs. We do not hand over a finished project and leave you the upkeep.
This is not how the market works, and that is deliberate. It takes longer at the start. It refuses the spectacular. And it produces nothing we could resell to the company next door, because what we build inside your company only has value there. That is the price of an AI that exists nowhere else.
Five stages, over several years
Understand the company
We spend time inside your company before writing a line: what you sell, to whom, how decisions get made, where things jam. It is the longest stage, and the one no fixed-scope engagement ever takes.
Build
A first useful version in weeks rather than quarters, on a narrow scope chosen because it matters to you, not because it demonstrates well.
Get it adopted
An AI nobody uses is worth nothing. We work alongside the teams who will use it, until it has become a habit.
Measure
What was gained: time, money, better decisions. Counted, discussed with you, and that measurement is what determines what we earn.
Keep it growing
A company AI is not a deliverable, it is a living system. Your offer moves, your teams change, your tools evolve: without upkeep it starts answering beside the point within months. We stay to correct it, extend it, and keep it following your company.
We are not your supplier
A supplier bills days. They earn the same whether the project succeeds or not, and they leave once the order is closed.
We work differently. We commit for the long run, and what we earn is indexed on the gains the AI actually delivers, measured with you rather than claimed by us.
If it delivers nothing, we earn nothing.
We are not asking you to take our word for it. We are asking you to look at what we are willing to put at stake.
In practice this is a collaboration contract running over several years. The variables that determine what we earn are agreed together before we start, and can be revised later whenever both sides agree.
We do not take equity and we are not asking for shares. You do not front the cost of building it either: we carry that, and we are paid out of what it earns you. In return, the AI lives with our collaboration: it needs constant upkeep, and without that it would stop serving you anyway.
The rest is set case by case: there is no reason the variables should be the same for an industrial group and for a services company. That is the first thing we discuss when we meet.
We do more than advise
We build our own ventures and we run them. These are not client references, they are our own houses. That is where the way of working we are offering you has been tested for years: build something that runs, and stay once it is in service. You will find no client logos on this site either: the companies we work with do not appear here and never will. What we see from inside a company belongs to that company, and that discretion is part of what we sell.

In progress
Three are running today, three are on the way. We would rather write it down than let you find out.
Who you are committing to

Marc
Twenty-five years spent growing companies, from the field to the board. At Innoventis One, he took a business from zero to 358 clients and major accounts, leading a team of thirty and sitting on the European executive committee. At Measurix, €3.5m in four years launching a technology nobody had heard of. At BNP Paribas, the top branch in France outside Paris.
He is not an engineer, and that is on purpose. Building a company’s AI first requires reading that company: understanding where the money comes from, what is stuck, what a team will genuinely agree to use. That work belongs to running a business before it belongs to engineering.

Bruno
He designs and develops the platforms in the portfolio, and builds the agents. He is the one in the code every day: what Marc reads in a company, he turns into a tool that runs — and keeps running.
Edicore is a family company. We take on few partners, and we stay.
Thirty minutes to find out whether we have something to build together
Not a demo. Not a free assessment that ends in a quote. A conversation about your company, about what is costing you time, and about what an AI that knew you could change.
If we see nothing serious to do, we will tell you.
