What this site collects

This site creates no account, sells nothing online and builds no advertising profile. Only two things trigger any collection: booking a call, and sending the form.

Audience measurement is anonymous and cannot identify you or follow you from one site to another.

Contact form

What you type into it — name, company, email address, message — reaches us by email so that we can reply. It serves nothing else, is neither sold nor passed on, and joins no mailing list.

Delivery is handled by Resend, Inc., a US company. Messages then sit in our inbox, kept for as long as the exchange lasts and deleted afterwards.

Booking a call

The calendar shown on the "Book a call" page is provided by Cal.com, Inc., 2261 Market Street #4382, San Francisco, CA 94114, United States. Booking details are collected and kept by Cal.com under its own privacy policy, and transferred to the United States for processing.

Displaying that calendar sets three cookies on the cal.com domain: __cf_bm, which protects the service against bots, plus __Secure-next-auth.csrf-token and __Secure-next-auth.callback-url, which secure the booking session. All three are technical and strictly necessary to the service you came to this page for. None measures audience or serves advertising, which is why this site shows no cookie banner.

Audience measurement

We use Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views and traffic sources without setting a cookie, without storing your IP address in the clear, and without any identifier that would recognise you from one visit to the next. Vercel Inc. is a US company.

Transfers outside the European Union

All three of our providers — Vercel, Cal.com and Resend — are US companies, and the data passing through them is processed in the United States. We flag it because it concerns you: if you would rather nothing left Europe, write to us by post instead of through this site and we will arrange a call by telephone.

Your rights

You may ask for access to the information we hold about you, for it to be corrected or erased, or for its processing to be restricted. Write to marc@edicore.fr: we answer within a month.

You may also refer the matter to the French data protection authority (CNIL) if you consider your rights are not being respected.
