In service
Le Parvis
On Saturday night, the parish priest knows whether Sunday is covered.
leparvis.app ↗The ground
Parish life rests on three overstretched people. Who serves on Sunday is settled by text message, people enrolled in programmes forget the sessions, information gets lost in WhatsApp threads, and the parish website has been waiting for an update for months. On top of it all, every Saturday night, the question of whether Sunday is covered.
Parish management software exists, but it assumes a computer, an office and time. On the ground there is a phone, volunteers who already have a job, and a priest who asks nothing more than to know who is reading on Sunday.
What we built
An application each parish fills in itself. Masses and services broken down into posts, readers, servers, welcome, collection, where volunteers sign themselves up, with any post still missing someone shown in red. Programmes, Alpha, marriage and baptism preparation, catechumenate, with participants, sessions, attendance and reminders ready to send the day before by WhatsApp. A space per team, with its thread, its documents and its polls. Announcements, with a notification on the phones of those who asked for it. The directory, where everyone creates their own access through a link or a QR code. And the parish site, mass times, calendar, announcements, online enrolment in programmes, which the parish composes without a contractor.
Everything is done from the phone, and the application installs on the home screen with no App Store. Hosted in the European Union, each parish kept separate, programme participants’ contact details visible to organisers only, and everyone can export or erase their own data.
What Edicore does here
We designed the application, we publish it and we run it. A space is opened together with the parish: a demonstration on its own teams, the priest receives his access and invites his leaders, then the first Sunday is prepared together, with its posts. A first parish in Paris is taking it up.

What it shows
The priest’s whole screen is organised around a single signal: the post where someone is missing. Choosing what a tool shows first, and leaving out the rest, is the decision that makes it used or abandoned. That is the work we do with you: find the decision that matters in your day, and build the AI around it rather than around what it knows how to do.
